Welcome to Liningo! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Liningo mobile application and website operated by Yavuz Seker Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Liningo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application or website.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Liningo.

2. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

• Share inappropriate or offensive content.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any portion of the app or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content, including news articles, AI-generated responses, designs, code, and branding, is owned or licensed by Liningo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.

5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as writing tasks or chat messages. However, by submitting content, you grant Liningo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share your content to operate and improve our services.

6. Payments and Virtual Items
Some features (e.g., voice calls, sending GIFs, or premium access) may require the use of points or in-app purchases. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are causing harm to other users or the platform.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Liningo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bursa, Turkey.
